This game has been through a couple different releases (the other on the main Misery Tourism website, here: https://www.miserytourism.com/affinity/).  With this latest one, i went back and fixed some niggling bugs and changed the graphics.  This release on itch.io is currently the definitive one, though if you want a 5 minute crash course on all the game's mechanics, this video is still good:
