The cyber-written manifesto of the disgruntled UN-regional-coordinator-turned-nanotech-supervillain, "General Assembly," whose ultimate goal is a kinder, gentler Africa made of only perfect nanites.  A rambling mess of genocide(al) reflections, numbers & figures, and personal derangements.  Mouse wheel forward to examine things further, mouse wheel backward to recoil.  Safari!
